The following checklist is designed to support you in you marketing scheduling.  The company imagined when this was created has a few more resources than small theatre companies or  collectives would, however the basic ideas are still the same – simply remove what is beyond your budget or is not needed in your ecology.  Each city has it’s own quirks – for example in Vancouver if you want your posters to stay up you have to engage a certain company that operates on it’s own schedule – so adjust accordingly.  Extremely beneficial in creating the timeline was the Second Wind Theatre’s very generous blog.
